This agreement is between you (client) and company QTechCare LLC with its corporate office. As QTechCare LLC client, and anyone who gets this receipt you agree to all terms and conditions mentioned in this agreement and on company’s website (www.qtechcare.com). Change in terms can take place anytime with or without prior information to stakeholders depending on current market conditions and business scenario.

General Terms
  • Clients must make payments must be done in advance in order to get the project started.

  • All post dated cheque payments should not go beyond five business days.

  • Any additional section, page or service other than mentioned on this receipt might have additional cost.

  • All Payments made are non-refundable in nature.

  • In case of payments, client will have late payment fee associated with services.

  • Project delivery time may vary due to changes requested by clients and all the communication will be in written format only.

  • In case of illegal use of services QTechCare LLC reserves all rights to suspend or stop services with our without prior information to clients and may report the issue to local authorities if required.

  • All the content including products / services / text / images will be complete responsibility of client to check and get it changed if required.

  • All dynamic website come with free maintenance services for a limited time only. All type of support is chargeable after free maintenance period is over.

  • Clients may report all issues to info@qtechcare.com

  • In case of client buying products, clients cannot make any functional changes. Some of the products are white labeled where clients can use their name and logo. Any additional change requested (if possible) may have additional cost.

  • Clients can upgrade services anytime during lifecycle of business relationship as per company policies.

  • Clients must visit company’s website time to time for most updated terms and conditions.

  • Clients must submit all required documents well in advance in order to avoid any kind of delay in project deadlines.

  • Client must make all documents available requested by third party vendors. QTechCare LLC does not take any responsibility of approval or rejection in such cases.

  • Clients cannot use email id provided with hosting account for bulk email or mass mailing. Account may suspend or permanently delete in this scenario with or without prior information.

Website Hosting and Email Unauthorized use of Services
